Techniques
used with end caps
At
each end of a necklace we will always tie a knot. Those
rough looking knots will be removed from sight within an
end cap. The purpose of end caps: end caps are used to keep
knots securely removed from sight. They may also act as
a jump ring would; as when a separate item needs to be attached
to an end of a design.

Technique
1:
This technique is suitable for even line plaiting. String
one small seed bead through 1 length of a string. Bring
the two ends together and pull them down through an
end cap. Arrange the bead to be in the middle of the
string. Then use pliers to close the end cap. This technique
is used when pairs of strings are needed, 2, 4 or 6

is used when an odd number of lines is needed, 3 or
5 and so on. |
Creating

presentation
2. Use pliers to bend back the hooked part at an angle between
85-90 degrees
3. Use pliers once again, create a smooth curve when bending
in the hook
